Our warranty period is 30 days. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with a refund or exchange after 30 days have passed since your purchase.
Only defective or damaged items are subject to replacement. Send us an email at email@example.com if you need to exchange it for the same item.
As soon as your package arrives, we advise you to:
- Check the contents thoroughly for any physical flaws or shipping damage.
- Check to make sure you got the right products.
- To receive a replacement for damaged goods, you must notify them within 24 hours of the delivery date.
- There can be a small difference between the product you receive and the web mockup. On the website, the product description and size recommendations are listed. Prior to ordering, carefully read it.
Wrapping Up Your Return
- things must be returned within 15 days in their original condition; things that have been worn, washed, or used will not be accepted.
- When returning an item, kindly enclose your invoice or a note with your name, address, and order ID number.
We will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item after it has been received and examined. The acceptance or denial of your refund will also be communicated to you by us. Within a predetermined number of days of receiving your approval, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be credited to your credit card or original mode of payment.

- Used and size-related products are not eligible for returns. If you choose a size and it does not fit you at this time, we invite you to place a fresh order.
- *Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. Customs duties, import taxes, and delivery costs are not refundable.
